America Online (AOL) 2001-2004

VP of Business Development – Broadband: Responsible for AOL’s broadband network transactions. Negotiated operations agreements with Verizon, Qwest, SBC and Time Warner Cable. AOL provided broadband and digital content services to 25 million subscribers and is today a global media company

Pathnet Telecommunications 1998-2001

Assistant General Counsel: Led business development efforts to create joint ventures enabling a $600 million nationwide fiber-optic network build-out
